Yemen’s Ansarullah Calls for Massive Anti-Saudi Rallies Next WeekIn a post on his Facebook account, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi asked the people from all walks of life to join the massive gatherings due to be staged in several squares in the capital, Sana’a, as well as other cities on Thursday, next week.

He further emphasized that the demonstrations would be held to deploy fresh reinforcements and support equipment to the battlefields against the Saudi-led coalition forces.

The Yemeni top official also praised various Yemeni tribes and their major role in the September 21 Revolution.

Yemen’s defenseless people have been under massive attacks by the coalition for more than two years but Riyadh has reached none of its objectives in Yemen so far.

Since March 2015, Saudi Arabia and some of its Arab allies have been carrying out deadly airstrikes against the Houthi Ansarullah movement in an attempt to restore power to fugitive former President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi, a close ally of Riyadh.

Over 12,000 Yemenis, including thousands of women and children, have lost their lives in the deadly military campaign.
