“The objective of the universities and academies of IRGC is protect and safeguard the Islamic Revolution,” said Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari on Thursday. He made the remarks while addressing the families of the martyred IRGC personnel at Baghiyatallha Hospital and Medical University in Tehran.
“The Islamic Revolution is comprised of two parts; internal and external. The external aspect of the Islamic Revolution is seen in the Islamic Resistance undergoing in the region and the world; a phenomenon which is growing and expanding with consecutive and astonishing victories,” reiterated the Iranian commander.
He called for efforts to cement and stabilize the garnered victories.
“In the past 20 years we have witnessed the full defeat and failure of the enemies of the Islamic Revolution in the region where Americans, Israelis, Saudis, and some countries of the region hatched plots,” asserted Mr. Jafari.
Saying that anti-Imperialism is the main agenda of the Islamic Revolution and added, “Because this principle has been fully observed today we are seeing the fall of imperialism in the region,” highlighted the Iranian General. “This principle is not limited to Iran and the Iranian nation as the other nations of the region are following the same principle.”
“The internal aspects of the Islamic Revolution are more important than the external aspects,” he said.
“We have made good progress in areas of defense and security inside our own country but economic, social, and political issues are demanding more efforts,” he added.
