Supreme Leader Calls for Muslim Unity against Enemies"If the leaders and nations of regional countries decide decisively to resist against the enemies, they would not be able to do a damn thing against us," Ayatollah Khamenei said in a meeting with the visiting Syrian Minister of Endowments and the accompanying delegation in Tehran on Thursday.

The Supreme Leader reiterated that Syria is in the forefront of resistance against terrorism, and said, "We are all responsible to support Syria's resistance."

Ayatollah Khamenei emphasized that the Muslim nations who are living in inferior conditions and leading an unlucky life, are not contemptuous, their leaders are.

"If a nation have leaders who adore their religion and identity, the enemies cannot do such a damn thing against them," the Supreme Leader added.

In relevant remarks in early January, Khamenei warned that the enemies have mobilized all their power and tools to hit a blow at Iran, alluding to certain foreign states' role in the recent riots in the country.

"The enemy has always been waiting for an opportunity and a breach to enter and hit a blow to the Iranian nation," Ayatollah Khamenei said, addressing the families of the Iranian martyrs in Tehran.

"During the events in the past few days, the enemies of Iran allied to create problem for the Islamic Republic by different tools in their hands, including money, weapons, policy and security organizations," he added.

Ayatollah Khamenei said that the nation's spirit of bravery, sacrifice and faith blocks the enemy and its hostilities, adding that he will speak with people about the recent protests and unrests in Iran in due time.
