300 terrorist teams dismantled so far in Iran

Speaking during the opening ceremony of the 9th Student Parliament on Sunday, Iranian Intelligence Minister Seyyed Mahmoud Alavi said the ministry has so far eliminated 300 terrorist groups inside country killing hundreds of their members.

Over the past years, Iranian security forces and border guards have engaged in clashes with terror groups, many of whom cross the country's borders with Pakistan and Iraq to carry out attacks inside the country.
