TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al-Mayadeen, ISIS elements attacked a patrol of the Kurdish Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) yesterday.

The attack took place in the countryside of Deir ez-Zur. During the armed clashes that took place, one SDF member was killed and 2 others were injured.
