TEHRAN (defapress)- By imposing sanctions on Venezuela’s top diplomat, Jorge Arreaza, the United States is seeking to disrupt the country’s diplomatic contacts, including within the United Nations framework, the Russian foreign ministry said in a statement on Friday.
