The Deputy Minister of Defense stated that Iran is developing capacities appropriate to the modern battlefield, and said: Today, Iran is among the top 7 countries in the world in some defense indicators.

The Head of the Consular and Judicial Support Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said regarding the status of the detained Iranian citizen in Saudi Arabia: We have issued an official note demanding his release.

A spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry said in an interview with CNN: Iran will not give up on its right to peaceful nuclear energy, including enrichment, under any circumstances.

The Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces stated that Iran and Pakistan are firmly determined to eliminate terrorism on both sides of the border, and the coordination between the armed forces of the two countries regarding border control has been effective and valuable.
