Iraqi resistance targets US occupation forces in al-Tanf base
An Iraqi resistance group has claimed responsibility for a drone strike at the al-Tanf garrison in the US-controlled part of southeastern Syria, near the Iraqi border, Syrian state news agency reported Friday.

The Iraqi resistance said in a statement that a drone had targeted the US occupation forces at the al-Tganf base on the Syrian-Iraqi border, adding that the drone had hit its target directly.
US media put the number of injured US personnel at over 45.
Over the past few days, the Iraqi resistance reported that it had targeted the al-Tanf base and Konico gas field northeast of Deir Ezzor.
