TEHRAN (Defapress) - The Zionist regime, after suffering a heavy defeat on October 7th of last year during the "Al-Aqsa Storm" operation against the Hamas movement, imposed the Gaza war on the oppressed, defenseless, yet resilient people of Gaza. After failing to achieve any of its goals and plans, it resorted to its old and inhumane policy of assassinating the leaders and commanders of the Resistance.

Hezbollah Is Alive

Accordingly, we witnessed that Tel Aviv, in line with implementing its policy of assassinating Resistance leaders and commanders, first targeted Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran, and then Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah and Seyyed Hashem Safi al-Din, the Secretaries-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, in the southern suburbs of Beirut. However, the assassination and martyrdom of the Resistance leaders not only did not weaken or harm Hezbollah but also strengthened their resolve to resist and fight against the Zionist enemy with greater power and capability.

Today, as we witness the grand and magnificent funeral ceremonies of Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah and Seyyed Hashem Safi al-Din, the Secretaries-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, we are faced with an exceptional and defiant event that carries a powerful message: the vitality of Hezbollah in Lebanon and, more broadly, the axis of resistance in the region.

In fact, the funeral of a prominent figure like Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, carries significant messages at both domestic and regional levels. This ceremony is certainly more than just a simple funeral; it is a display of power and will, sending numerous political and strategic messages to the people of Lebanon, Hezbollah's supporters, and its enemies alike.

The first message of holding the funeral ceremonies of Hezbollah's Secretaries-General in Beirut is one of power and internal cohesion. Hezbollah in Lebanon is recognized as a major political and military force, and the martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, as one of the most popular and charismatic figures, has always been able to transform this party into an influential force in both domestic and foreign policies.

In reality, we must emphasize that the funeral of the martyr Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah demonstrates the internal cohesion of Hezbollah and its supporters. The massive turnout of millions of people at the funeral signifies strong and unwavering support for the group. This is particularly significant when Lebanon faces economic and political crises, as it can grant Hezbollah even more power and legitimacy.

On the other hand, the funeral ceremonies of Hezbollah's martyred leaders also carry a clear and explicit message for its enemies and rivals. The funeral of the martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, which will be held with widespread public participation and solidarity, sends a clear message to the Zionist regime and other regional enemies of Hezbollah, demonstrating that this Lebanese resistance group, even in the absence of its leader, still can mobilize forces and continue its political and military activities.

Moreover, in recent years, Hezbollah has been able to position itself as a persistent and powerful force against the Zionist regime and other opposing forces through the use of urban and guerrilla warfare tactics, as well as social and media networks. Therefore, his funeral can demonstrate that Hezbollah will remain a strategic power in the region, even in the absence of individual leadership.

The funeral ceremonies of Hezbollah's martyred leaders also carry a message for its international supporters. The funeral of Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah sends a message to Hezbollah's foreign supporters, including countries and groups within the Axis of Resistance, that Hezbollah in Lebanon remains steadfast and powerful in its path of Resistance and confrontation against external threats. Additionally, Hezbollah in Lebanon uses this event as an opportunity to strengthen its relations with other countries and regional groups.

Another important aspect of the grand funeral ceremonies of Hezbollah's martyred leaders is the delivery of a special message to the Arab world and the globe. This grand and majestic ceremony presents Hezbollah as a symbol of Resistance against Western domination and the Zionist regime. Furthermore, it conveys to the Arab world and regional countries that Hezbollah remains a primary and influential force in the resistance front.

At the same time, the funeral of Hezbollah's martyred leaders sends a message to Western countries, particularly the United States, which recognizes Hezbollah as a terrorist organization, that this Lebanese Resistance group is a popular and legitimate movement whose primary goal is to stand against and confront the Zionist enemy.

The funeral of Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, the former Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, will be more than just a ceremonial or cultural event. It will display Hezbollah's power, cohesion, and continuity in the political and military arenas, sending serious and cautionary messages to its supporters, enemies, and the world at large. Relying on the strong presence of its people, foreign support, and its robust structure, Hezbollah has managed to establish itself not only in Lebanon but also across the region as a key player, and Nasrallah's funeral can further solidify this position.
