Iran, India Vow to Boost Anti-Terror Cooperation"Iran and India suffered from two heinous terrorist attacks in the past few days (that) resulted in big casualties,” Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araqchi tweeted on Saturday after a meeting with India's Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj in Tehran.

He added, “Today in my meeting with Sushma Swaraj the Indian FM when she had a stopover in Tehran, we agreed on close cooperation to combat terrorism in the region. Enough is enough”.

The Indian minister held talks with the senior Iranian diplomat while en route to Bulgaria as part of her three-nation tour.

Iran and India saw similar suicide attacks targeting their respective armed forces earlier this week.

On Wednesday, 27 members of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) were killed after an explosive-laden vehicle targeted their bus traveling between the cities of Zahedan and Khash, in Sistan and Balouchestan.

The bombing, claimed by the so-called Jaish ul-Adl terrorist group, also injured 13 others.

A day later, around 40 Indian paramilitary forces were killed in Indian-administered Kashmir in an attack orchestrated by the Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) outfit.

The convoy comprised of 78 buses in which around 2,500 personnel were travelling from Jammu to Srinagar.
