Any New War to Wipe Zionist Regime Off World's Political Map

The Zionist Regime is no longer regarded as a threat and any mistake by this regime will wipe the Zionist regime off the political geography of the world, General Salami said, addressing a meeting of the IRGC commanders with Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei in Tehran on Wednesday.

He stated that with the rise of the Islamic Revolution's deterrence capacity and falling credibility and diminishing prowess of the US, the Zionist regime is not a threat anymore.

The senior military official highlighted that the strategy of endurance and active resistance has led to reduction of the impact of the enemies’ pressure in economic war, discredited the military power of the enemy and manifested deterrence and defensive power of Islamic Republic of Iran in the world, more obvious, tangible and credible.

Today, friends and foes have come to realize that the deterrent capacity of the Islamic Revolution is approaching its peak, he stated, adding that not only has the credibility of the threat and power of the United States severely diminished, but also the Zionist regime is no longer a threat.

Any new war will lead to the disappearance of the Zionist regime from the political geography of the world. The evil regimes of the region also know that if they miscalculate the power of the Islamic system and the Revolution and make any unwise move they will quickly fall on an irreversible path and destruction, General Salami said.

In relevant remarks in August, General Salami had warned that any new war in the region would be a major threat to Israel, describing the issue as a main source of concern for the US.

"We are now in a full-scale war with the big powers," General Salami said, addressing a meeting in the Western city of Kermanshah.

He underlined that Washington has no appetite for confrontation against Iran as it knows that "a new war will put the Zionist regime under a full-scale threat".
