Yemeni Air Defenses Respond to Israeli Fighter Attacks

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al-Mayadeen, "Yahya Saree," spokesman for the Yemeni armed forces, announced that the country's air defenses succeeded in confusing the Zionist pilots and the regime's operations rooms by firing a wave of domestically made surface-to-air missiles.

He added that Yemeni air defenses are ready to confront any aggression by the Zionist regime and that the operation to support Palestine will continue.

Informed military sources also announced in an interview with Al-Mayadeen that Yemeni air defenses forced the Zionist fighters to leave the country's airspace by firing surface-to-air missiles before committing any aggression.

These sources added that the Zionist fighters left the airspace of the Hodeidah province after the Yemeni air defenses responded decisively.

A reporter for Al-Mayadeen Network also reported that the conflict between Yemeni air defenses and Israeli warplanes continued for more than half an hour over the Red Sea.
