Iran’s Missile and Drone Power Astonished the World
TEHRAN (Defapress) - Hujjat al-Islam Ali Saeedi, Head of the Political-Ideological Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, spoke at the 10th Insight Course for deputies, heads of organizations, and directors general of the Foundation for the Preservation and Publication of Sacred Defense and Resistance Works and Values, held at the National Museum of the Islamic Revolution and Sacred Defense. Pointing to the importance of promoting the culture of self-sacrifice and martyrdom, he stated: "Martyrdom is a major blessing granted to special individuals who receive the attention of Almighty God."

Referring to U.S. conspiracies against Iran, Hujjat al-Islam Saeedi added: "The Americans employed all their conspiracies and tricks against Iran for years, but were unsuccessful. Consequently, last year they entered the field directly to finish the job, yet they failed to achieve any success in the military sphere and faced a heavy defeat."
The Head of the Political-Ideological Office of the Commander-in-Chief continued: "This is the first time that two nuclear powers simultaneously engaged in a war against Iran, and it is the first time that Iran directly targeted American military bases stretching from the UAE to Jordan."
Pointing to the deployment of U.S. naval vessels against Iran and their lack of success, he said: "Nearly 300 targets across 15 U.S. military bases were hit by the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Furthermore, by asserting control over the Strait of Hormuz, Iran made global arrogance and its allies taste the bitter flavor of sanctions; today, the impact of closing the Strait of Hormuz can be seen on the tables and livelihoods of every single person in the countries that acted against Iran."
Hujjat al-Islam Saeedi noted: "This is the first time that Iran broke the spell of the invincibility of the United States and the Zionist regime, and now two strategic straits, Hormuz and Bab-el-Mandeb, are under the control of theAxis of Resistance."
Referring to the mobilization of the great Iranian nation, he emphasized: "The Iranian people demonstrated by taking to the streets that they will defend their Revolution and their country."
Addressing the factors behind Iran's power, he stated: "The capability to enrich uranium at high levels, vast reserves of oil and gas, extraordinary and astonishing defense power, Iran's strategic depth, control over the Strait of Hormuz, strong leadership, and national cohesion all demonstrate Iran's authority and strength."
Highlighting Iran's high military capabilities, Hujjat al-Islam Saeedi remarked: "Iran possesses extraordinary missile and drone capabilities, which it clearly showcased during the conflict with the U.S., leaving the world in awe."
In another section of his remarks, he recalled: "The elevated status of the Iranian nation became clearly evident after the Ramadan War, and nations across the world will now account for Iran's capabilities in a special way."
He continued: "Following the Ramadan War, the perception of the U.S. military and the Zionist regime as formidable armies changed, exposing numerous vulnerabilities in their armed forces."
Hujjat al-Islam Saeedi stated: "Today, in the wake of the Ramadan War, the view of many American people and youth toward Israel has shifted, and the former perception no longer exists. Additionally, American hegemony collapsed after the Ramadan War, and the previous security order in the West Asia region has undergone a transformation."
He added: "Following the Ramadan War, Iran's military capabilities were put on display, and today we see that Iran's equipment capabilities have become evident to the world. Furthermore, it became clear that Iran can defeat the enemy using asymmetric warfare capabilities and emerge victorious."
Emphasizing that the Ramadan War holds many lessons and insights, Hujjat al-Islam Saeedi concluded: "The greatest concern is false and illusory polarization, and everyone must maintain national unity and cohesion under the leadership's command, avoiding any form of division."
