No Transgressing Vessel Is Safe
TEHRAN (Defapress) - Major General Ali Abdollahi, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and Commander of the Central Headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya (PBUH), while expressing gratitude to the self-sacrificing combatants of the Army, the IRGC, and the Basij, declared: The IRGC’s Naval and Ground forces maintain complete control and oversight over the Persian Gulf coastlines, the islands, and the Strait of Hormuz; any movement in this region is subject to strict surveillance.

He reiterated that, contrary to the propaganda and media claims by U.S. leaders regarding the Strait of Hormuz being open and free, this strategic waterway is entirely closed and is managed under the control and supervision of the powerful IRGC Navy.
During a visit to the coastlines of the Gulf of Oman, Major General Abdollahi further stated: The Army’s Naval and Ground Forces, possessing high levels of readiness and morale, maintain complete oversight and surveillance over the open waters of the Gulf of Oman and its coastlines. By monitoring all enemy movements in the region, they do not permit vessels that transgress to pass through.
During these visits, conducted in the presence of the commanders of the IRGC and Army Naval Forces, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces announced: The entire Persian Gulf region and its islands, the Gulf of Oman and its coastlines, as well as the areas east and west of the Strait of Hormuz, are under the firm control of the powerful Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Furthermore, with the Strait of Hormuz effectively closed, no vessel is permitted to navigate this strategic waterway outside of the arrangements established by Iran. He warned that any offending vessel attempting, for whatever reason, to navigate outside the designated routes or in violation of Iranian protocols will see its security jeopardized and risk sustaining serious damage.
Major General Abdollahi further stated that the Armed Forces, present across the Persian Gulf, the islands, the Strait of Hormuz, and the coasts of the Gulf of Oman, are far better prepared than in the past. Equipped with new, more advanced hardware, they maintain a powerful and authoritative presence in the region and will confront any acts of malice or aggression by the enemy with even greater intensity than before.
