20 Palestinians Arrested in Occupied West Bank
At a minimum, 20 Palestinians have been apprehended in the occupied West Bank.
TEHRAN (Defapress) - Israeli forces have apprehended a minimum of 20 Palestinians, comprising children and former detainees, within the last 24 hours, as reported by a collaborative statement from the Palestinian Authority’s Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society, according to Wafa news agency.
The statement indicated that these arrests occurred in various occupied West Bank governorates, including Hebron, Bethlehem, Tulkarem, Jericho, Ramallah, and Jerusalem.
The number of Israeli detentions of Palestinians has increased significantly following the commencement of Israel’s military operations in Gaza in October 2023.
