Palestinian sources reported that the prisoners, who were exiled under the terms of the agreement, reached the Rafah crossing en route to Egypt on Saturday evening. Meanwhile, Zionist sources and Reuters confirmed that 200 Palestinian prisoners were released from Israeli prisons as part of the exchange deal.

Russian sources also reported the arrival of 70 Palestinian prisoners in Egypt. The Cairo Al-Akhbariya news platform stated that the prisoners had arrived at the Rafah crossing. According to the released list, out of the 200 freed prisoners, 70 were exiled and will remain in Egypt for one week before being transferred to other locations.

Reports indicate that in exchange for the release of four female Israeli soldiers, 200 Palestinian prisoners were freed, including 121 serving one or more life sentences and 79 others with heavy prison terms. The handover of the female Israeli prisoners took place in Gaza with the presence of Red Cross representatives.

This marks the second phase of the prisoner exchange between Hamas and the Zionist regime following the official ceasefire in Gaza.
