TEHRAN (Defapress) - Al-Mayadeen has obtained the full text of the Israeli regime's proposal, which was presented to the mediator countries and the Hamas movement, and is related to negotiations on a permanent ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

According to the text of this document, on the first day of the implementation of the agreement, the Hamas movement will release an Israeli prisoner named Edan Alexander as a special measure for the United States.

The document adds: This proposal includes a 45-day temporary ceasefire, during which military operations will be suspended, humanitarian aid will enter Gaza, and the prisoner exchange process will begin.

Also, according to the text of this document, the Israeli regime has put forward the disarmament of Gaza as one of its main conditions.

Al-Mayadeen announced: On the second day of the ceasefire, Hamas will release 5 living Israeli prisoners in exchange for 66 prisoners sentenced to life imprisonment and 611 prisoners from the Gaza Strip.

The document emphasizes that the release of the prisoners should be carried out without any public ceremony or media show.

The proposal also states that an agreed mechanism should be established to ensure that aid reaches only civilians.

According to the document, after the release of the 5 prisoners, aid and equipment necessary to settle the refugees will enter Gaza.

The document adds: At the same time, the Israeli army will redeploy forces in the Rafah and northern Gaza Strip areas after the release of these prisoners.

According to the document received by Al-Mayadeen, on the third day of the ceasefire, negotiations regarding "tomorrow after the war", disarmament, and the declaration of a permanent ceasefire will begin.

The document adds: On the seventh day, Hamas will release 4 more prisoners in exchange for 54 prisoners sentenced to life imprisonment and 500 detainees after October 7.

The document indicates: After the release of this group of prisoners, the Israeli army forces will be transferred to the east of the Salah al-Din Road.

The document adds: On the tenth day, in exchange for Israeli information about Palestinian detainees, Hamas will provide information about all remaining living prisoners.

The information in the document says: On the twentieth day, Hamas will release 16 dead Israeli prisoners in exchange for 160 Palestinians martyred simultaneously.

The document specifies that negotiations for a permanent ceasefire must be concluded within 45 days.

According to the document, after a final agreement is reached, all prisoners, including living prisoners and the bodies of the dead, will be released.

The document adds: "Also, if an agreement is reached on a temporary ceasefire during this period, it is possible to extend it with agreed terms and timing."
