TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al Jazeera, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, whose country is the first to sue the Zionist regime in international courts, stated on Monday night at the bi-state conference in New York: We call on all UN member states to recognize the state of Palestine.
While welcoming the creation of the state of Palestine on the 1967 borders, he added: We also condemn the attacks of October 7.
Ramaphosa said that the only solution to the conflict between Palestine and Israel is a two-state solution.
He added: We call for an immediate ceasefire, an end to the genocide in Gaza, and the release of prisoners.
Ramaphosa added: All obstacles that prevent a two-state solution, including the separation wall, must be removed.
At the end of his speech, he stated: "The Palestinian-Israeli conflict must end immediately, and we must move together to achieve a just and permanent solution."
