Spain Under Deadly Floods

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Western media reported that "parts of Spain are on a red weather alert."

According to Reuters and other news agencies, heavy rain has caused flooding in Malaga and the areas around Valencia.

The Costa del Sol region has reportedly been hit the hardest by the rain, with Marbella also submerged.

The Spanish Meteorological Agency (AEMET) has also issued red weather warnings for Murcia and Almeria.

Spanish authorities have advised tourists to cancel travel plans to the affected areas due to the Christmas and year-end holidays.
