Electronic Attack on the Plane of the UK Defense Minister

TEHRAN (Defapress) - The Times newspaper, citing a military source, said that the plane carrying the UK defense secretary, John Healey, was the target of electronic interference while flying from Estonia to London and near the Russian border.

Relations between Russia and the UK have deteriorated since the start of the war in Ukraine. Moscow accuses London of sabotage and preventing peace with Kyiv.

As a key NATO member, the UK has increased its activities on NATO's eastern border with Russia in recent years, especially in the Baltic states.
