TEHRAN (defapress)- Immediate evacuation is the only option to save refugees at the Rukban camp from hunger and epidemics, Major General Viktor Kupchishin, chief of the Russian Center for reconciliation of the conflicting sides in Syria, told reporters on Wednesday.
