US needs to prove seriousness over prisoner swap negotiations

TEHRAN (defapress) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said in an interview with CBS News that the US first "needs to prove that it's serious" before the two countries can begin negotiations on prisoner swap.
