Brown also said that the Islamic Republic of Iran would be more inclined to support Hezbollah. He claimed that Tehran would stand more firmly behind Hezbollah.

In Brown's point of view, any Israeli military offensive into Lebanon could risk triggering a broader war, putting US forces in danger.

According to the words of the US Joint Chief of Staff, the Whitehouse is looking to de-escalate the tensions because if the tensions escalated, the US bases in the Middle East and Naval ships would be the target of the resistance axis.

Although the US by withholding the weapon shipments and suggesting a ceasefire plan, tried to control Netanyahu, that wasn't enough, and still, the horrible scene in Gaza is in front of our eyes.
