TEHRAN (Defapress) - The al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas Resistance movement, issued a statement claiming responsibility for the rocket fire aimed at southern "Israel" on Monday.
This incident coincided with the first anniversary of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. According to the statement from the Brigades, Resistance fighters targeted enemy concentrations at the Rafah and Karem Abu Salem crossings, as well as the kibbutz Holit, situated near the Gaza border, employing rockets in their offensive.
The timing of this attack was significant, aligning with the anniversary of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood and occurring shortly after the Israeli occupation's assertion that it had neutralized the Resistance's capabilities across the Strip.
