Lebanese martyrs as a result of Israeli attacks increased to 2,968

TEHRAN (Defapress) - The Health Ministry of Lebanon announced the increase in the number of martyrs of the Zionist regime's attacks on this country since October last year to 2,968 people.

The Health Minister of Lebanon added that 13,319 Lebanese were also injured during the attacks of the Israeli enemy. 

This Ministry added that as a result of the Zionist attacks yesterday (Friday), 71 people were martyred and 169 people were injured.

"Nasser Yassin," the Minister of Environment and the head of the Government Emergency Committee, has also announced that 1,132 centers have been established to accommodate displaced persons, and 945 centers' capacity has been completed.

He stated that 188,298 displaced people, including 43,802 families, have been accommodated in temporary accommodation centers, but the number of displaced persons is much more than this number.

The Minister of Environment of Lebanon said that more than 10,000 people were displaced from the city of Baalbek on Thursday following the threats of the Zionist regime.

Yassin added that from September 23 to October 31, 359,805 Syrian citizens and 175,215 Lebanese citizens entered Syrian territory from the borders of Lebanon.
