Imposing hunger on children in Gaza
Children in Gaza are the first victims of the Israeli regime's starvation policy in the Gaza Strip.
TEHRAN (Defapress) - UNICEF announced in a report that 50,000 Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip are suffering from acute malnutrition as a result of the Israeli blockade.
The Gaza Ministry of Health also stressed that tens of thousands of Palestinian children are at risk of malnutrition.
Dr. Marwan Al-Homs, director of the Gaza Ministry of Health's field hospitals, stressed that medical staff do not have access to any medicine or nutritional supplements for children with malnutrition. This blockade will significantly worsen the condition of malnourished children and may lead to their death.
