TEHRAN (Defapress) - After the fall of the Bashar al-Assad government in Syria and the rapid developments in the country, especially the severe attacks of the Zionist regime and the regime's attempt to completely destroy the military power of Syria, bitter scenarios are being drawn for the future of the country, Abdulsalam Ahmad, spokesman for the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), announced in a speech that we fear a repetition of the Libyan scenario in Syria after the armed opposition comes to power; because there are differences over the structure of the new system governing the country.

He told Sputnik: "The armed groups are managing the political process in Damascus through a transitional government for three months. Meanwhile, a number of militias have agreed to overthrow the previous government, but have not reached an understanding on the form of the future political government."

The Syrian Democratic Forces, most of whom are Kurds, formed an autonomous administration in the areas under their control in the provinces of Aleppo, Hasakah, Ar Raqqa, and Deir ez-Zur. After the start of the terrorist crisis in Syria in 2011, and of course, over the past years, they have tried not to get into much tension with the government of Bashar al-Assad.

The SDF is supported by the United States and the international coalition led by the United States, which entered Syria under the pretext of fighting ISIS and is in fact a US pawn for controlling Syria's oil and gas fields and securing other US interests.

Meanwhile, observers believe that since the groups overthrowing the government of Bashar al-Assad are mostly armed militias supported by foreign parties and therefore cannot be considered forces of real or national political movements, it is not unlikely that the aforementioned groups will want to resort to arms to resolve political differences.
