The Yemeni drone attack on Tel Aviv was a bait for the Zionists

TEHRAN (defapress) - A military expert of the Yemeni armed forces, Brigadier General Abed Al-Thawr, said in an interview regarding the attack of the Zionist occupying army on Yemen's Al-Hudaydah port: The Zionist regime's attack on fuel tanks is not an important thing from a military point of view, because it was an attack on civilian targets, which according to international humanitarian laws these places should not be attacked, and in fact, attacking these places is considered a threat against the international communities. 

Regarding the consequences of the Yemeni drone attack on Tel Aviv, said that the drone with which the Yemenis attacked Tel Aviv was bait for the Zionist regime to identify its ability to deter and respond to possible attacks, but it failed in this test.

The Yemeni expert added that if the Zionist enemy had deterrence power, it would have responded to Yemen's attacks from the very first day. 

"Yemen has been carrying out a unique operation against Israel for 9 months and is targeting the economic power of this regime. The geographical distance between Yemen and the Zionist regime is more than 2 thousand kilometers; therefore, achieving an operation from this distance means that the Yemeni army has sufficient capacity to carry out unique operations", he continued. 

He pointed out that the IOF was trying to justify the attack by the Jaffa drone on Tel Aviv that they weren't ready during that attack; this justification is illogical and absurd.

Brigadier Abed Al-Thawr regarding the ability of the Yemeni army against the attacks of the Zionist enemy said that the army that was able to repel the previous attacks, therefore can repel future attacks as well. The Zionist regime's attack on Al-Hudaydah port is not a deterrent as the Zionists claim. 

The Yemeni expert talked about Ansarallah's response to the targeting of Al-Hudaydah port by the Zionists and said that Yemen's attack on a ship in the port of Eilat was appropriate in response to this violation. He added that the port has been completely out of order for more than 9 months and the Zionists have announced that 50% of the port's employees have lost their jobs.

Brigadier Abed Al-Thawr recalled that the attack on the American ship in the port of Eilat shows that the Yemeni armed forces are at the highest level of readiness and continue to monitor the enemy's activities in every part of the Red Sea, the Indian Ocean, and the Mediterranean Sea.
