Suspicious Israeli Air and Ground Movements in Southern Syria

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al-Mayadeen, local Syrian sources announced that Israeli fighter jets and drones have been flying in the skies of Daraa province in southern Syria for hours, and at the same time, the regime’s forces have fired flares over the Yarmouk Basin area in western Daraa.

On the other hand, units of the Israeli ground forces have penetrated border areas in the outskirts of Quneitra, another southern region of Syria.

According to local sources, the villages of Umm al-Azam, Al-Musayfirah, Al-Samdaniya, and Al-Sharqiyah have been targeted in this advance.

These movements are taking place while fighter jets and reconnaissance drones continue to fly in the skies of this region.

These Israeli military actions are taking place while the southern Syrian region has repeatedly witnessed airstrikes and missile attacks by the regime in recent months.
