The text of this message is as follows:

November 4th (Aban 13), the "National Day of the Fight against Global Arrogance," is not merely a calendar occasion for the Iranian nation; it is a living document of anti-arrogance. In the historical memory of Iranians, this day recalls three instructive events: the exile of Imam Khomeini (RA) in 1964, the massacre of revolutionary students in 1978, and the takeover of the US den of espionage in 1979, three incidents that, following the August 19, 1953 coup d'état (Operation Ajax), have rendered the United States indebted to the Iranian nation from that very moment.

Since the 1953 coup, US hostility against Iran has been a continuous line rather than scattered, sporadic events. Support for and complicity with Saddam in the Eight-Year Imposed War, backing the MKO and terrorist cults, the assassination of nuclear scientists, economic and sanctions warfare, the confiscation of the Iranian nation's assets, the cowardly assassination of Lieutenant General Martyr Hajj Qasem Soleimani, and operational participation with the Zionist regime in the 12-day and 40-day Imposed Wars of 2025 and 2026, which led to the martyrdom of the Spureme Leader, His Eminence Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei, high-ranking commanders of the Armed Forces, zealous defenders and combatants of the homeland, and a multitude of oppressed Iranians, especially innocent children, are merely a fraction of this permanent and chained hostility by the Americans against this country. Its black dossier remains open, and the world continues to witness the aggressions and criminal acts of the White House against the Islamic Revolution and our homeland.

Today, the hybrid battle between Iran and America, transcending a mere military conflict, is shifting the geometry of global power. A powerful Iran has emerged as the fourth pole of power through its control of the Strait of Hormuz as the vital energy bottleneck, and its determination of the rules of access to it. The unipolar order has knelt before this new reality: "Nations and regional powers can secure their own safety without relying on the US security umbrella."

Military power is not a goal for us; it is a tool. Iran does not seek war, but our doctrine, based on the realities and exigencies of the times, has transitioned from "defense" to "offensive initiative" and from "crisis management" to "order-building."

In this glorious arena, Iran’s blueprint for "sustainable security" rests upon five principles:

1- An end to the war on all fronts, especially in Lebanon and Gaza; negotiation concurrent with threats is imposition.

2- The complete lifting of sanctions and the unfreezing of the Iranian nation's blocked assets.

3- Payment of reparations for the imposed wars; the Iranian nation is not a debtor, but a creditor.

4- Recognition of Iran's sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz and the replacement of the worn-out US security umbrella with the "Hormuz Mechanism."

5- Guarantees against renewed aggression and the formation of endogenous security arrangements in West Asia.

These five principles do not constitute a peace plan from a position of weakness; they represent an order-building doctrine from a position of strength and in the light of active resistance. Iran does not seek hegemony, but rather the end of the hegemony that was imposed 73 years ago by the 1953 coup and has now reached the end of the line in the shadow of the lessons of November 4th.

Our path is the path of Imam Khomeini and the Martyr Leader of the Islamic Revolution, who introduced America as the "Great Satan" and turned the strategy and policy of "Neither East, nor West" and "Active Resistance" into an undeniable reality of the country. The banner of this path rests in the capable hands of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution and Commander-in-Chief, His Eminence Imam Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, and the Armed Forces, who, by obeying His Eminence, guarantee its continuation on the battlefield and in the trenches of hybrid and cognitive warfare.

On behalf of the country's powerful Armed Forces, while commemorating the Divine Day of November 4, the "National Day of Fight against Global Arrogance," and renewing allegiance with the martyrs of the Islamic Revolution and dear Iran, especially the Martyr Leader, in response to the recent directives and orders of the Commander-in-Chief and issuing a warning to the demonic enemy camp, I emphasize: The Armed Forces and the history-making defenders of the homeland, drawing upon the national support of the awakened nation of Iran as one of the pillars of deterrence against internal and external Iran-phobes snd foes, consider intelligent combat readiness a prerequisite for "maximum deterrence." By updating the target bank and placing the material and immaterial assets of the American-Zionist enemy within striking distance, they will respond immediately and effectively to any level or type of threat, without geographic limitation.
