TEHRAN (Defapress) - The term "Dirty War" originates from military factions who claim that war, albeit by violent means (including torture and rape), is necessary to maintain social order. This term is used to refer to government violence that took place in Argentina against popular opposition and leftist groups between 1976 and 1983. The Dirty War was a period of state-sponsored terrorism and repression in Argentina, led by the military dictatorship. The government, led by Jorge Videla, implemented a campaign of forced disappearances, torture, and extrajudicial killings against perceived political opponents, including left-wing activists, trade unionists, students, and intellectuals.

Dirty war

This war strategy has been used for decades and now the Zionist regime is the symbol of this dirty policy. Israel by trampling the moral principles, kidnapped the Palestinians from West Bank, killed the woman and children, and even raped the imprisoners.

Netanyahu has taken a sheet and started to take notes from the historical dictators and followed their path but in the worst style. Hence, there are some horrifying  parallels between the two country's definitions of "Dirty war" including:

Targeted killings: Both the Argentine military regime and the IOF have engaged in targeted killings of perceived enemies, using extrajudicial methods that violate human rights and international law. Israel proved that international law is not worth it for them and they do what they assume is good.

Civilians' disappearance and torturing them: During the Dirty War, thousands of people were forcibly disappeared by the Argentine military. Similarly, Israel has been accused of disappearing Palestinian civilians, including children and women, during its military operations in Gaza. The Zionist regime kidnapped the civilians labeled them as accomplices of Hamas or the opposition, and tortured them in Israeli prisons, in the most brutal way. They committed awful forms of ill-treatment to extract information from civilians to find out the exact locations of the Palestine Resistance members.

Lack of accountability to international legal authorities: Both, Argentina's ex-dictator and the Zionist regime are responsible for the crimes that have largely gone unpunished, with impunity being a hallmark of both regimes. Israel's escape from the ICJ ruling is Israel's latest legal defiance.

Systematic discrimination against special groups: They put their opposition in minorities and discriminated against them. They have been accused of systematic discrimination against certain groups. The Zionists took the lands of the Palestinians, put them in the minority, and applied hard pressure on them to force them to leave their lands and homes.

These parallels are not meant to equate the two dictatorship regimes, but there are highlighted disturbing similarities between the two regimes that must be considered.
