Children are the main victims of the Gaza war

In the meantime, the Commissioner General of UNRWA, Philippe Lazzarini, has published a report on the number of children martyred during the Gaza war, which indicates that due to the high intensity of the bombings in Gaza by Zionist warplanes, the number of children martyred in this war is much more than all the children martyred in the wars that have happened in the world during the last four years.

The important point is that considering the number of children martyred during the Gaza war, this war should be viewed as a war against children in the first step and a war against women in the next one. A bloody and unequal war in which we witness the killing of civilians more than military personnel, especially children and women, who have lost their lives mainly due to the vulnerability and insecurity of Gaza.

Of course, this occupier regime during the Gaza war, besides martyring the Palestinian people by IOF and bombing Israeli warplanes, besieging the Gaza Strip on all sides, and preventing the entry of any food, medicine, and fuel, is martyring the Gaza citizens.

This factor has caused the number of casualties in the Gaza war among children to be much higher than other classes of Gaza's people. In addition, after children, it is the women who accounted for the highest number of martyrs in the Gaza war.

Meanwhile, the most dangerous and deadly crisis that has threatened the civilian population of Gaza, especially children, since the beginning of the Gaza war, is the ever-increasing famine and hunger, which has now become an accepted thing. According to the news and reports published today, many children have been martyred due to the lack of food and malnutrition.

However, parallel to the published statistics of children's casualties in the Gaza war, another statistic about 15,000 children has been published, of which more than 3 thousand were at serious risk of death due to extreme hunger caused by the lack of food. An issue that is increasing every moment due to the continuation of the war in Gaza and the continued siege of this strip.

Another horrifying statistic published about children in the Gaza war indicates that more than 17,000 children were orphaned or lost at least one of their parents during this war. This issue has affected these children so much in terms of security and psychology that it is predicted that it has caused irreparable damage to them while facing serious mental disorders.

In the end, it should be added that among the more than 93,000 injured who are currently present in Gaza, more than 70% of them are women and children. According to these statistics, we realize that the war in Gaza is more than a war against Hamas and the Palestinian resistance, it is a war against the Palestinian people, and in fact, it is a pre-determined and designed plan for genocide of the young Palestinian generation.
