TEHRAN (Defapress) - The al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement sent a congratulatory message on the appointment of Hujjat al-Islam Shaykh Na’im Qasim as the new secretary-general of Hezbollah. The message stated, “We firmly shake the hand of this noble Shaykh, who has taken on a blessed mission at a crucial and decisive moment in Hezbollah’s struggle against the Zionist enemy.”

The message emphasized that “Shaykh Na’im Qasim is the best successor to his righteous predecessors” and added that he will continue the path of the martyred leaders of the Islamic Resistance, Sayyid Abbas al-Musawi and Sayyid Hasan Nasrallah, who were both honored with success in their missions.

In conclusion, al-Nujaba reaffirmed, “In this significant phase in the life of the noble Islamic resistance, we reiterate our commitment to provide unlimited support for this sacred struggle and remain loyal to our covenant.”
