Syrian Foreign Ministry statement on the developments in the country

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al Mayadeen, the Syrian Foreign Ministry, emphasizing that the ministry and its missions abroad will continue their missions, stated that a new page was written in the history of Syria.

The Syrian Foreign Ministry’s statement said: “Today, a new page was written in the history of Syria to initiate a national covenant and pact to unite the Syrian people and prevent division and disagreement among them. We must strive to build a united homeland based on justice and equality, and everyone will enjoy equal rights, far from a single vote, and that the people are the foundation.”

The Syrian Foreign Ministry stated: “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its diplomatic missions abroad will remain true to their promise to serve the citizens and their affairs will progress. The continuation of their mission is derived from the trust we have on behalf of the Syrian people, and the homeland will remain above all else.”
