Iraqi Prime Minister to Visit Tehran

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Al-Alam reported that Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani will visit Tehran. 

The news channel quoted some Iraqi media outlets as saying that Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani’s visit to Tehran will take place soon.

In an interview on Sunday regarding relations between Tehran and Baghdad, Al-Sudani stated: “Our relations with Iran are based on our neighborliness and commonalities. Iran is a country that has stood by Iraq in supporting the political process and combating terrorism.”
