If we want to cite foreign media or websites regarding the military power of each country, the closest option is the "Global Firepower" website, which provides the military power indicators of different countries in the world in a classified manner.
One of the countries that has been examined on the Global Firepower website is the Islamic Republic of Iran. Global Firepower says about Iran’s military power: Iran has various capabilities in various fields, including ground combat power.
The website writes: According to the military indicators of countries, Iran ranks sixteenth among 145 countries in the world.
This shows that there are extraordinary capabilities in the Armed Forces, one of the most important parameters of which is armored power. Armored combat power requires examining various parameters, including the presence of tanks and armored personnel carriers. According to the Global Firepower report, Iran is one of the world’s top armored powers, with 1,713 tanks, and has been able to create a powerful armored force in the region with 1,113 operational tanks.
