TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Yemen's Al-Masirah network, Newsweek reported that the "THAAD" missile defense system, which the Israeli regime relies on to counter Iranian and Yemeni missile attacks, has in many cases failed to intercept missiles fired from Yemen and Iran towards the occupied territories.
The media outlet also revealed that the United States has used up about 20 percent of its global stockpile of "THAAD" missiles in its support for Israel to counter the recent wave of missile attacks.
Newsweek further noted that Israel's defense systems, including THAAD and other American systems, have come under significant pressure following the escalation of attacks from Yemen, Iran, and other fronts, and their effectiveness has been called into question.
