TEHRAN (Defapress) - Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced that the country's police arrested 357 suspected members of the ISIS terrorist group in simultaneous operations in 21 provinces on Tuesday, according to Al-Mayadeen.

A statement was also issued today by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office stating that 17 suspects linked to the ISIS terrorist organization by joining it or fighting in its ranks in conflict areas were identified.
The statement added that 11 of the suspects are foreign nationals, adding that the Ankara Security Directorate is currently investigating the suspects.
The incident follows an operation by Turkish authorities against ISIS in the western province of Yalova, which resulted in the deaths of three police officers and the wounding of eight others, according to Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya. The Turkish interior minister said six ISIS terrorists were killed in the attacks.
