Martyr Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis

"Jamal Ja'far Muhammad Ali Al-Ibrahim al-Tamimi," known as "Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis," was born in 1954. After receiving an engineering degree, he graduated with a doctorate in political science and also studied seminary. He joined the Islamic Dawa Party in the 1970s and was a member of the Supreme Islamic Council of Iraq for a while. He also became a member of the Badr Corps and was appointed its commander after the imposed war. After the Takfiri sedition in Iraq and Syria, he fought as one of the founders of Kata'ib Hezbollah and then as the successor to the command of the Popular Mobilization Forces, and was finally martyred on January 3, 2020, by American terrorists.
