Evil Acts of the Americans Will Not Let the Strait of Hormuz Be Opened

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Speaking at a ceremony commemorating the martyrdom of the martyred Leader in Amol, Brigadier General Akraminiya, spokesman for the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army, emphasized the Islamic Republic of Iran’s decisive strategy in controlling the Strait of Hormuz, stating: “The Americans thought that by attacking some of our bases on the southern coast of the country, they could take control of this strategic strait, while the Islamic Republic of Iran has the ability to exercise control over the Strait of Hormuz from every point on its territory, and this issue is never dependent on the coasts and islands.”

Stating that the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran have stood by this strategy until the last moment, he added: “Without a doubt, we will resist until the end and neutralize American interventions in the region.”

Referring to the consequences of the US presence in the region, the spokesman for the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army stated: "The countries that have provided bases to the US have today incurred high costs in the fields of trade and security. Imported security is not sustainable security; real security is achieved when the countries of the region, without the presence of foreigners, provide stability and peace themselves."

Regarding the cowardly attacks of the US terrorist army over the past four nights, Akraminiya also said: "If the enemy insists on continuing these actions, the Islamic Republic of Iran has capacities and capabilities that have not been used so far and can affect the equations of the region."

Addressing the people of Amol, he stated: "Our fighters in the armed forces have stood until the last moment to protect the security, interests and dignity of the Iranian nation. My comrades, aware of the enemy's malicious intentions, remain in the field until the last moment and carry out their mission, and this shows the faith, will and spirit that originates from the support of the dear people."

The spokesman for the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army, emphasizing that the dignity of Iran and the Islamic Republic's system is the precious legacy of the martyred Leader, noted: "We have conducted this battle in a managed manner, and if this confrontation lasts for years, we have the ability to continue it. This is while the enemy does not have the necessary capacity for a long-term war, and this issue is considered one of its main weaknesses."

He concluded by saying: "Be assured that in the coming days we will witness a change in the position of the US President, and they will ultimately move towards requesting dialogue, peace, and agreement."
