US Bases and Centers in Bahrain Targeted by Iranian Army Drone Attacks

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to the Army Public Relations, in response to the crimes of global arrogance and to commemorate the memory of the martyrs, especially the dear martyrs of the southern regions of the country, a few hours ago and in the 15th phase of Operation Lightning, the destructive drones of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army targeted the “aircraft hangars and parking lots”, “fuel tanks” of the US terrorist army at Sheikh Isa base and several communication bridges in Bahrain.

Sheikh Isa air base in southern Bahrain is considered one of the most important operational and support centers of the US terrorist army’s air and naval forces, which acts as a fulcrum for US operations against regional targets, especially our country, due to the location of vital facilities and equipment.

The Islamic Republic of Iran Army, while commemorating the memory of the oppressed martyrs of the recent crimes of the evil enemy, emphasized: "The glorious south of Iran is an important part of the defense and endurance of the brave people of this region during the eight years of imposed war and today's resilience against the crimes of the evil enemy. We sacrifice our lives for these brave people and the members of the great Iranian nation, and we are proud of our military duty to defend this land."
