New Scenarios to Be Implemented If the Enemy's Evil Continues
TEHRAN (Defapress) - In an interview with Defapress correspondent, Brigadier General Mohammad Akraminiya, spokesman for the Islamic Republic of Iran's Army, explained the latest situation of the confrontation with the American aggressors: After the violation of the MoU by the American side, we are now witnessing a new phase of the war; also, the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran are carrying out their retaliatory attacks in response to the enemy's aggressions, and these operations will continue as long as the American attacks against the country's infrastructure and coastal areas continue.
Warning against the prolongation of this situation, Brigadier General Akraminiya stated: The Americans should know that this process cannot continue in this way for a long time, and if they insist on continuing their evil deeds against the southern regions of our country, we will definitely take new measures. New scenarios have been predicted and worked on, and we will definitely take action in a new way to prevent the enemy from continuing the war.
Emphasizing that entering new arenas of war could be one of Iran's strategic options, the Army spokesman stated: There are other strategies that will be unveiled at the appropriate time.
He then addressed the situation of the Army's Air Force and said: We took full advantage of the ceasefire opportunity to improve our situation and combat capability; in fact, what is important is the high morale, motivation, and determination of my comrades in the Air Force and Air Defense of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Army to confront the enemy's aggression, which fortunately we are better prepared today than in the past.
Brigadier General Akraminiya also stated regarding the possibility of an enemy ground invasion and the level of readiness of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Ground Forces: We do not consider any action by the enemy to be impossible or unlikely; for this reason, we have enhanced our preparations for any scenario chosen and implemented by the enemy; but if the enemy invades via land routes, his vulnerability will certainly be much greater than air and missile attacks. Ground operations provide many opportunities to inflict more damage and casualties on the enemy, and our effectiveness and efficiency will certainly be much higher in this area.
Finally, referring to the issue of revenge and bloodshed for the martyrs and the martyred leader, the Army spokesman said: This issue has become a public demand and national demand today; Therefore, the Armed Forces, in light of this national demand and the emphasis of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief in their messages, have adjusted their plans in this direction, and God willing, the Islamic Republic of Iran will avenge the blood of our beloved martyrs and martyred leader from the aggressor enemy.
