A member of Iran’s Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Committee said: The United States and Western countries are seeking to disrupt our economic exchanges by exerting pressure and trying to control Iranian shipping and oil sales, but experience has shown that these measures are ineffective. Any attack on Iranian vessels will face severe retaliation.
