Pezeshkian hails Iran's defense power in the meeting with army commanders

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Pezeshkian on Saturday held a meeting with army commanders in Tehran. He expressed his discontent with nations that profess to uphold human rights yet remain silent regarding the atrocities occurring against civilians in Gaza.

The president said that similar crimes could have been committed against the Iranian people if the country had not enhanced its defense power.

He commended the military for its role in establishing this strength, affirming that his administration would do everything possible to further enhance the army's capabilities.

Pezeshkian also praised the structured organization of the Iranian military, noting that it could serve as a benchmark for other institutions.
