The Iraqi front will continue supporting Resistance operations

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Following the terrorist attack committed by the Zionist regime in the Dahieh district of Beirut, which resulted in the martyrdom of several prominent Hezbollah commanders, Shaykh Akram al-Kaabi, the secretary-general of Iraq’s al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement, issued the following statement:

We extend our congratulations and condolences to His Eminence Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah and to the families of the fighters who joined the companions of Imam al-Husayn (peace be upon him).  

I especially remember our dear brother and late friend Haj Abdul-Qadir, whom we knew for his lofty morals, deep faith, kind words, and actions, a rich record of jihad, and his bravery in the fields of struggle against the arrogant tyrants and colonizers.  

Haj Abdul-Qadir has not left us; rather, his pure blood will be a nightmare for the occupiers and will pursue them until the complete destruction of their terrorism — a category of terrorism that exceeds the ugliness and danger of Daesh.  

The Islamic Resistance Front of Iraq will continue its operations in support of Palestine and the Islamic Resistance in the Gaza Strip.  

Our motto remains what Imam al-Husayn (peace be upon him) declared: “I see death as nothing but happiness and living with oppressors as nothing but misery.”
