Gaza's children need urgent medical attention

TEHRAN (Defapress) - The Executive Director of UNICEF, Catherine Russell, warned that 2,500 Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip need urgent medical attention.

Russell also emphasized that some children in Gaza are also suffering from cancer which makes it necessary to take care of them. 

The Palestinian Government Information Office in Gaza announced in a report on Saturday that 42,885 Palestinian citizens were martyred in the attacks of the Israeli enemy since October 7, 2023.

According to the report of this center, 17,210 of the total martyrs of Gaza are children and 11,742 are women.
