Over 415,000 Palestinians in Gaza taking refuge in UNRWA schools

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Over 415,000 individuals displaced in Gaza are currently taking shelter in school facilities managed by UNRWA, the United Nations agency dedicated to Palestinian refugees, says on X.

The escalating humanitarian crisis in Gaza has resulted in numerous individuals lacking sufficient access to food, water, and healthcare, straining resources and infrastructure as the winter season draws near.

“A place that lacks anything suitable for living, surviving,” states Aisha, a young woman who has been displaced, in a video shared by UNRWA on X.
