TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al-Mayadeen, Syrian sources reported that an Israeli military patrol entered the village of Ain Ziwan on Saturday night in the southern outskirts of Quneitra province in southern Syria.
The village is located near the ceasefire line between Syria and the occupied territories, and the entry of Israeli forces into it is a clear violation of Syrian sovereignty.
News sources reported that the Israeli Air Force also targeted a vehicle last night in the city of Al-Salam in Quneitra province in southern Syria.
Confirming the aggression, the Israeli army claimed that the vehicle was targeted while it was carrying a machine gun.
On Thursday, the Israeli army also targeted the 107th Brigade of the Syrian Army in northwestern Syria.
This brigade is located near the village of Zama in the Jabaleh district on the outskirts of Latakia, in northwestern Syria.
In recent months, the Israeli regime has targeted various Syrian military areas with heavy airstrikes.
