TEHRAN (Defapress) - Al-Masirah reported that the organizers of the Sumud International Fleet announced the departure of 18 ships from the port of Catania in southern Italy to the Gaza Strip.
They also stressed that ships from Tunisia and Greece are scheduled to set off for the Gaza Strip today and join the aforementioned ships in international waters.
The officials added that the Sumud Flotilla is the largest global naval effort to break the siege of the Gaza Strip, and that the crew of these ships is working to neutralize the illegal action of the Zionist regime in the siege of the Gaza Strip.
It was previously announced that the number of Moroccan ships that will leave Tunisia is 23, which will be stationed in the ports of Sidi Bou Said and Gammarth, and that European ships will gradually arrive at the port of Bizerte in the coming days.
