Gaza Peace Council's Arrangement Is in Tel Aviv's Favor

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al-Mayadeen, the Islamic Jihad Movement of Palestine issued a statement declaring that the structure of the so-called Gaza Peace Council, announced by the United States, serves the interests and demands of the Zionist regime.

The statement said: "The Islamic Jihad Movement of Palestine has fulfilled its commitments in the first stage of the ceasefire agreement and expressed its readiness to move to the second stage, despite the obstructions of Tel Aviv and the continuous violation of this agreement by this regime.

This statement further emphasized that Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine interacted positively with the technocrat committee's in Gaza, but the the Gaza Peace Council's structure indicates an intent regarding the terms of the ceasefire.

Previously, the White House stated that US President Donald Trump has been headed by him. Other members will include the U.S. Secretary of State and Trump's son-in-law.
